I try to keep track of the books I read, because if I didn’t I’d forget what I’ve already read and what I thought about it. This way, I document my reactions, likes, dislikes, and overall impression. Sometimes I make notes about how I might use certain elements in my own writing, or which aspects I hope to avoid.

I am not a professional book reviewer. I don’t write any of this for pay, nor do I ever intend to. It’s for my own reference, and nominally as a source of discussion among other interested individuals. I reserve the right to be biased. If you feel you can correct my bias without resorting to rudeness, I welcome your input.
