Reading List
I try to keep track of the books I read, because if I didn’t I’d forget what I’ve already read and what I thought about it. Lately, I’ve been reading too much to sit down and document very many thoughts about most of what I’ve read, so sometimes there will be accompanying comments, but most times not.
I find that I read proportionately much more romance than anything else, which sometimes seems odd since I write fantasy. On the other hand, reading is my escape from the space my brain is usually occupying. If I spend most of my time in a fantasy world, a romance version of the real world is quite a nice escape, and comes with the benefit of not having to follow the building of a new world if I really just want to zone out.
Here are the lists for 2007, 2008, and 2009.
Have fun, but don’t run into the road before you look both ways first.
